Returns & Refunds policy

WE HAPPILY SHIP FREE ACROSS INDIA

Blue Dart/DTDC/Delhivery other courier service in India. Expect around 2-4 business days which can be longer over public holidays and festivals.

Auraveda takes care in putting together your order and to hand it over to our courier partners. We regret we cannot be held responsible for delays or damage to the package attributed to the courier company, any unforeseen customs delays, issues out of our control, local or international customs, taxes or additional fees your country may levy. We have known customs in some countries to open our gift wrapped packages for inspection. Please kindly take note.

Tracking details are emailed to you as soon as the order has been handed over to the courier company. Please kindly ensure that you track your package to check status and time of delivery. Tracking options may not be available in some countries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

· Each piece in our collection is carefully formulated & handcrafted in batches. Subtle nuances in colour, scent and texture due to seasonality of harvesting our premium ingredients is from nature. Each complexion and skin concern is unique and special and returns / exchanges for reasons of general dissatisfaction or for reasons of pre-existing skin conditions cannot be offered, sorry.

· We happily replace / exchange any defective / faulty products and will fully refund your original purchase price.

· Please photograph the defect /faulty product issue as soon as you open the packaging. Products purchased during sale period / discounted pricing, are not eligible for returns or exchange unless they are defective or faulty.
Customised products or special bulk orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.

· Kindly send us a detailed email at care@Auravedaindia.com with the reason for return / exchange within seven days of delivery and we will honour your refund immediately. Refunds / returns will not be made following seven days of delivery please.

· We at Auraveda are very proud of our creations and the care and love that goes into each jar and bottle to ensure it reaches you in superlative condition.

· We want you to love our creations as much as we do. Please reach out to us at care@Auravedaindia.com for advice on your skin concerns and we will be happy to recommend a Auraveda ritual for you.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If your purchase meets the exchange criteria, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery via any of the following channels:

· Email at care@Auravedaindia.com

· For defect/quality issues, please email us with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defect/ quality issue along with the packaging it was received in.

Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 4 working days. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:

In case of quality issue/defect:

· Please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase.

· We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice

· Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to quality inspection and if it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines.

· In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit Note will be issued for the full amount for the defective / faulty product.

· Our credit notes can only be used on our website.

REFUND POLICY

· If your purchase is faulty or defective or has a quality issue, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece or refund you as you choose

· In the rare instance we are unable to do so, we email a Credit Note to your registered email address used while making the purchase.

· The credit note will be valid for six (6) months from the date of issue and can be redeemed online.

B2B ORDERS

· We do not accept B2B order cancellations, Return & refund after a customer’s confirmation.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

· Orders once confirmed, may not be cancelled/amended.

· Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange unless found faulty or defective.

· Products purchased prior to sale cannot be exchanged during sale period.

· Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in stores and vice versa.

· No refunds are entertained if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address.

· No refunds are entertained if there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.

· No refunds are entertained for international shipments if the recipient refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect the order from the Shipping agency.

· Please ensure that the delivery package and products received is in good condition, not been tampered with, before you sign off acceptance of your package.

· In case of a defective/quality issue with the product, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until our team reviews it. Additionally, please ensure to write “Received Defective” on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the courier partner.

· Auraveda is not responsible for any defect caused after delivery.

· Auraveda is not responsible for any damage to products caused by the courier company. A photo of the shipping bill with the customer’s name, order number and address alongside the ordered products in good condition will be deemed as proof of proper shipment ex Auraveda warehouse.

· Defects due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered by Auraveda.
