Estée Lauder Names Ossama Ogla General Manager for the Middle East

THE WHAT? The Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Ossama Ogla as General Manager, Middle East, overseeing operations and commercial strategy across the region.

THE DETAILS Ogla, who joined in September 2025, reports to Henk van der Mark, SVP/GM for Emerging Markets & Commercial and Business Development (EUKEM). The Middle East is one of ELC’s fastest-growing prestige markets, where the company continues to invest in consumer relevance, retail execution and digital capabilities.

He previously served as Managing Director for Dyson Middle East & Africa, bringing experience in omnichannel expansion, retail partnerships and business transformation, with a strong track record in Saudi Arabia. ELC leaders emphasised his commercial expertise and regional insight as aligned with the company’s “Beauty Reimagined” organisational transformation.

THE WHY? ELC is strengthening regional leadership to support growth, sharpen execution and deepen consumer engagement in one of its highest-potential emerging markets.
