The company stated that the financial impact of the liquidation on its consolidated results for the current fiscal year remains unchanged from what was previously disclosed in May, indicating no additional effect on earnings.
THE WHY? The move forms part of Pola Orbis Holdings’ broader portfolio optimisation and regional business restructuring efforts. By exiting Orbis Beijing, the group continues to streamline its China operations amid a more cautious approach to market exposure, while maintaining its previously communicated financial outlook.
